INHACA LODGE
The Island of Inhaca is located
10 minutes by plane (34 km’s)
from Maputo and situated between bushy colonies of coconut
trees and luxurious tropical vegetation and is famous for
its garden beaches and warm translucent waters.
The island, a secure and tranquil location, is a stopover
for yachts, sailboats and cruises in search of a tropical
alternative in the velvet waters of the Indian Ocean.
TRANSFERS MAPUTO/INHACA/MAPUTO
Daily flights; the airstrip
is situated approximately 10 minutes from the Resort. Daily
charter boats can be used as an alternative form of transportation.
Transfers from the airstrip to the lodge is complimentary
for Lodge Guests and is an approximate 15 minute drive by
Land Rover.
  
ROOMS
The picturesque Resort offers
a total of 40 rooms (20 standard & 20
family rooms), divided into doubles or twin bedded. All the
rooms have DSTV Television, tea & coffee making facilities,
Mosquito nets and en-suite bathroom with shower The rooms
are set amongst magnificent coconut palms and exotic gardens.
During the upgrade process, air-conditioning will be installed
into all of the rooms.

The Resort has one main Restaurant indoors, but meals and
beverages are also served outside on the terrace in front
of the pool or next to the pool.

Health - Anti-malaria precautions should be commenced prior
to arrival in the area and guests should bring their personal
insect repellent, as this is not provided. Clients should
consult their doctor for specific advice.
CONVENTION CENTRE
For those wishing to combine
business with pleasure, the Pestana Inhaca Lodge is the perfect
place. The conference area comprises approximately 113 square
metres and has a capacity for up to 80 delegates, there is
also a business centre available with internet connection.
The Pestana Inhaca Lodge is also the perfect place to celebrate
a special day: a wedding, anniversary or birthday.
Inhaca Island is situated 15 minutes by plane from Maputo
and there are daily flights – Maputo/Inhaca/Maputo.
The runway is located approximately 10 minutes away from
the Lodge. The transfer from the airport to the Lodge is
done by the Lodge itself and is free of charge for its guests.
Boats are available daily as an alternative mode of transport;
the crossing takes 1h00 to 1h30 minutes.
